Road Test
We reproduce the noise over controlled road surfaces and note whether it comes from the front, rear, left, or right side of the vehicle.
Visual Suspension Inspection
Shocks, struts, springs, mounts, sway bars, control arms, bushings, ball joints, and related hardware are checked for damage, looseness, or fluid leakage.
