Power Locks That Work Sometimes Still Need Diagnosis

Speed-Sensitive and Shift-Activated Locks May Require Module Testing
Many vehicles automatically lock the doors after shifting into Drive, reaching a certain speed, or beginning a trip. If these functions stop working, the concern may involve vehicle settings, latch-position sensors, speed data, body-control programming, or module communication.
